BF: Oatmeal with blueberries and one peach 2nd meal 200 calorie smoothie 3rd Meal; 1 cup beans 1/2 cup brown rice with 1 serving of veggie 4th meal: 4 oz chicken, 1/4 cup brown rice because I didn't make the 1/2 a large sweet potato & one large cumber with lemon juice and chili powder. However you can substitute the cumber for the veggies you like. it just has to be 2 servings. |

I exercising on my treadmill and using the Jillian Michael 30 Shred DVD. My starting weight was 164 and now my current weight is 159.2. I lost 4.8 pounds! The Extreme Fat Smash diet is broken up into 3 cycles 1 week for each cycle. It boasts that you can lose up to 15 pounds in 3 weeks. You can stop after 3 weeks if you have reached your weight loss goals or you can start over with cycle 1 again. |

Check out my photo blog. www.honestlyerica.com Extreme Fat Smash by Dr Ian Smith is the diet I am starting and talking about in this video. I am eating very unhealthy and not exercising at all. I am going to use this diet to lose weight and jump start eating better and exercising regularly. My current weight is 164 pounds. My ultimate goal is 138. So I need to lose 26 pounds. Got this book at Barnes and Noble and it cost about 12.00. It really is a very helpful and resourceful book. It gives you your meal/exercise plan for each week and guides you to how you maintain the weight after you've reached your goals. |

Extreme Fat Smash diet by Dr Ian Smith week 2. Week 2 was definitely harder than week 1. I am starting to miss junk food. Still using the treadmill and the Jillian Michael 30 Day shred. Last weeks weight was 159.2 current weight is 157.6. I lost 1.6 pounds. That's a total weight loss of 6.4 pounds in 2 weeks. Going good but can be better. I want to round off next week with a total weight loss of 10 pounds. So my goal is to lose 3.6 pounds next week. I am going to step up the treadmill to at least an hour every day. I will burn about 400 calories that way. |

I know it has been a long time, but I am back! Yes I am starting over, but it is okay because I am more determined than ever to make my goal. I weighed 176.4 on June 1st. I have already lost a few pounds, and plan to keep losing them. My goal is to lose 20-25 lbs, then start building muscle. |

Hi all! I have not forgot about everyone! I made this video about a week ago. Since I am just now posting it, I will not be making another one until the the first day of cycle 2. On Monday July 26, I weighed 173.4 lbs. At the end of cycle 1 (first day of cycle 2) I weighed 169.4 lbs. I lost 4 lbs in a week! Yay! I know that I weighed 166 in my last update a while back. However, I fell off track and tried to restart the diet repeatedly and failed. However, last week I decided that I was mentally ready to try again. This time I plan on making my goal too. (Goal 155 lbs). |
