Diet is just a four-letter word

Have you ever noticed that the word "diet" has slowly been replaced with less threatening terminology? Nowadays, nutrition experts talk about healthy eating habits, portion sizes, eating more and weighing less. Of course, what they don't tell you is that the foods you need to eat more of seem to have less taste.
