2012 Weight Loss Metamorphosis: Part 17 - What Can I Do Better This Week? Gotta Have a Plan!

I lost weight last week and that's great. However, it wasn't the 2.5 lb loss that I was hoping for. I celebrate ANY loss or negative number on the scale, however, I always look at where I can improve. The primary reason I do this is to avoid falling back into unhealthy eating habits and to ensure I at least maintain the postive results achieved so far! Gotta have a plan and stick to it!
