Sacred Heart Diet with a twist

I 'm making a change to this so I will finish it out.I'm doing the Sacred Heart Diet with A twist. www.idiet4u.com Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital Diet Soup: 1 28 oz. can of Stewed Tomatoes (or two 14oz. cans) 1 15 oz. can Beef Broth (no fat) 2 15 oz. Cans Green Beans 1 pkg Lipton Soup Mix (Recipe Secrets Blue Box -- flavor of choice) (we used beefy onion) 3 large Green Onions chopped (1 bunch spring onions) 2 Green Bell Peppers chopped 2 lbs. Carrots chopped 1 Bunch Celery Chopped (six ribs) 5-6 Cups Water Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley if desired; or bullion or hot sauce. Add veggies. Cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender. This soup can be eaten anytime you're hungry. Eat as much as you want whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day. For drinks: unsweetened juices, tea, coffee, cranberry juice or water, water, water, water. . . . . . . . . . Day One: Any fruit, except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower in calories than most other fruits. Eat only soup and fruit. Day Two: All vegetables: eat until you are stuffed with fresh raw or canned veggies. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas or corn. Eat veggies along with soup. At dinner time tonight reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter!! My day 3 went very well www.idiet4u.com This 7-day eating plan can be used as often as you like. If correctly followed, it will clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds and possibly 17 pounds, and experience an abundance of energy.
