Hey everyone! This is just an update on the first full week of dieting and exercise! Starting weight was 290 lbs and I have yet to weigh myself after a week of dieting. This first week went alot better than how I thought it would go. I have stuck with my strict meal planning and have exceeded my expectations with exercising!
